Boat Cafe & Restro wanted to digitize their entire dining experience, from table-side QR code ordering to kitchen ticket management and final billing.
The Challenge
Traditional paper ticketing led to delayed orders, kitchen confusion, and a slow table turnover rate during rush hours. They needed a sleek, tablet-friendly POS solution.
The Solution
We engineered a multi-platform POS system. Waitstaff use customized tablets to take orders which instantly print in the kitchen. We also implemented a QR-based menu system allowing customers to order entirely from their phones, syncing directly with the central POS.
Design Process & Execution
Our approach was to systematically dissect the complex constraints of the domain and restructure the architecture to prioritize ease-of-use. We underwent extensive wireframing and interactive prototyping before cementing the visual identity.
