Project Overview
Hitech Medicals operates a chain of pharmacies and required a centralized system to monitor inventory across all locations, track expiring medications, and automate reordering processes.
The Challenge
Managing medical inventory across multiple locations using disparate spreadsheets led to stockouts of critical drugs and wastage due to expired medicines. A unified, real-time tracking system was urgently needed.
The Solution
We developed a custom ERP system providing real-time visibility into inventory across all stores. The system features predictive reordering based on historical sales data, automated alerts for expiring batches, and a secure role-based access control system for pharmacists and administrators.
Design Process & Execution
Our approach was to systematically dissect the complex constraints of the domain and restructure the architecture to prioritize ease-of-use. We underwent extensive wireframing and interactive prototyping before cementing the visual identity.

Key Results & Impact
Reduced medication wastage by 85%
Eliminated stockouts of critical inventory
Automated 70% of the daily reporting tasks
