The Challenge

The Solution
We designed and built a responsive web application featuring a self-serve appointment booking flow. The platform integrates with Google Calendar for doctor availability mapping and sends automated SMS reminders to patients, significantly reducing no-show rates.

Our approach was to systematically dissect the complex constraints of the domain and restructure the architecture to prioritize ease-of-use. We underwent extensive wireframing and interactive prototyping before cementing the visual identity.
